At Big Five Brews, we strive to provide the highest quality coffee and apparel. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below for all the details.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used coffee bags. However, if you received a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to us for a replacement or refund.

Apparel: We accept returns and exchanges for apparel items if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Email us at BigFiveBrews@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review your case and provide you with return instructions or an exchange authorization. A return shipping label will be issued for you if applicable.

Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Be sure to include all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the item.

Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete the process.
Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees, but please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items, such as opened coffee products and any personalized or custom-made items, are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same procedure as returns. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will ship out your exchange at no additional charge, depending on stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at BigFiveBrews@gmail.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for the defective item.
Shipping Costs for Returns

Domestic Orders: For returns due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
