Thank you for choosing Big Five Brews! We are committed to delivering your premium coffee and apparel as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read through our shipping policy to understand the details of our delivery process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to holidays, processing time may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping and our shipping rates are based on your delivery location. Below are the general delivery times based on shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (Domestic Orders).

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days (Domestic Orders).

For international orders, shipping times may vary, and the rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may take longer depending on customs processing.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable carriers to ensure that your coffee and apparel arrive safely and on time, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination.

  • Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred during shipping. These fees are determined by the destination country's regulations.

  • Shipping Time: International shipping can take between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the respective courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Big Five Brews is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if you believe your package was lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at BigFiveBrews@gmail.com immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us at BigFiveBrews@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
