Description

Safari Adventure is Big Five Brews first medium roast signature blend. This roast is a mixture of three specialty coffees. The countries of origin include two Brazilian roasts along with a Colombian roast. Explore notes of Cocoa, Strawberry, Currants, and Grape. This blend has a smooth finish and a beautiful aftertaste. We recommend preparation as drip filter coffee, French press, and cold brew.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing BigFiveBrews! We are committed to delivering your premium coffee and apparel as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read through our shipping policy to understand the details of our delivery process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to holidays, processing time may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping and our shipping rates are based on your delivery location. Below are the general delivery times based on shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (Domestic Orders).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days (Domestic Orders).

For international orders, shipping times may vary, and the rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may take longer depending on customs processing.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable carriers to ensure that your coffee and apparel arrive safely and on time, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination.

  • Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred during shipping. These fees are determined by the destination country's regulations.
  • Shipping Time: International shipping can take between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the respective courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

BigFiveBrews is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if you believe your package was lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at Bigfivebrews@gmail.com immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Return Policy

At BigFiveBrews, we strive to provide the highest quality coffee and apparel. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below for all the details.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used coffee bags. However, if you received a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to us for a replacement or refund.
  • Apparel: We accept returns and exchanges for apparel items if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Bigfivebrews@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review your case and provide you with return instructions or an exchange authorization. A return shipping label will be issued for you if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Be sure to include all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the item.
  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete the process.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees, but please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items, such as opened coffee products and any personalized or custom-made items, are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same procedure as returns. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will ship out your exchange at no additional charge, depending on stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Bigfivebrews@gmail.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for the defective item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Domestic Orders: For returns due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
